ITEMS WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR DELIVERY WHEN YOUR ORDER LEAVES THE FACTORY. YOU'LL BE CONTACTED BY THE LOCAL DELIVERY COMPANY TO ARRANGE A DELIVERY TIME. DELIVERIES ARE MADE BETWEEN 8 A.M. AND 5 P.M. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY (LOCAL TIME) AND SCHEDULED WITHIN A FOUR-HOUR WINDOW. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING THE ITEM FROM THE TRUCK AND MOVING THE ITEM INTO YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS. FREIGHT DELIVERY PERSONNEL ARE NOT REQUIRED TO MOVE THE ITEM BEYOND CURBSIDE. WE OFFER INSIDE DELIVERY FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $49.00 PER FLOOR. THIS SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR LOS ANGELES & ORANGE COUNTIES (CA.). SMALLER ITEMS SUCH AS PILLOWS, SHOE CHAIRS, AND OTTOMANS ARE SHIPPED VIA UPS OR FEDEX GROUND AND ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THESE RULES.DUE TO OUR STREAMLINE MANUFACTURING SETUP, ORDER CHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN A 24 HOURS TIME FRAME FROM WHEN THE ORDER WAS PLACED. CANCELLATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED UP UNTIL 24 HOURS AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. BECAUSE OUR ITEMS ARE CUSTOM BUILT TO MEET YOUR ORDER, WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS. IN SPECIAL CASES, A MANAGER MAY BE ABLE TO AUTHORIZE A REFUND. A 30% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED. THE CUSTOMER WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES.
